Di is a certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator (Advanced Practice) available for home or hospital visits to help you avoid or overcome painful or damaged nipples. Most visits take around 2 hours and involve gentle observation of your baby breastfeeding. You will be reassured and discover evidence based information to help you feel at ease and comfortable with breastfeeding. If you are worried about or experiencing painful nipples, Di will offer gentle guidance, with fine tuning so that you can continue to breastfeed your baby without pain or confusion. Her aim is that you will feel knowledgeable and confident to trust your maternal instincts and breastfeed pain-free.
