As a Midwife of 30 years’ experience, Jo is now dedicated to supporting women to prepare for breastfeeding as a Certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Educator. She guides women to prepare for an empowered birth experience from which to transition into calm, pain-free breastfeeding. Jo strongly upholds Dr Robyn’s principle that each mother and baby are unique individuals and encourages new mothers to recognise and trust their own innate instincts when breastfeeding their babies. Jo resides in North Brisbane, Australia and loves spending her spare time in her garden with the many birds that make it home. She is the founder of ‘Gentle Nesting'.
