Certified as a Thompson Method Breastfeeding Practitioner, Melanie Matthews is a mother to 2 children, is an IBCLC and has 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse. She has supported mothers and babies at the bedside in the neonatal intensive care unit, mother baby, and labor and delivery. In addition to teaching breastfeeding classes and providing consultations in hospital and at home, she also teaches Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis classes. She wholeheartedly believes in the uniqueness of each woman and baby and wants to ensure everyone will receive the best evidence based care for them so they can reach their goals.
