Melissa has spent the last few years supporting and strengthening pregnant women through education, options, life coaching, and resources in her work at a faith-based nonprofit pregnancy care center. Melissa discovered the Thompson Method during her second pregnancy. From a less than ideal experience with her first baby, Melissa treasured breastfeeding her second all thanks to the skills and support she found in the Thompson Breastfeeding Method. Melissa became a certified Thompson Breastfeeding Method Educator and her business, Milk of New Life, was born to connect women to the support she found. Melissa seeks to cultivate a support system for women’s personal growth in pregnancy, breastfeeding, motherhood, and faith.
