Steph has experienced first-hand the amazing difference The Thompson Method approach to breastfeeding makes to a mum and her new baby. In November 2021, with a 5-day-old bub, Steph dove into the teachings of Dr. Robyn Thompson and experienced immediate relief of painful symptoms and a much more settled and happy baby. Combining her experience as a hypnobirthing practitioner, Steph uses a holistic approach to help expectant mums and partners feel calm, confident and prepared for the arrival of a precious baby. She believes that we all have an innate ability to nurture, birth and nourish our babies, and all we need is the right knowledge, preparation, and support to allow us to flourish as mothers.
